Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligible Returns

We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original packaging with the seal intact and shows no signs of tampering, damage, or improper storage.

Ineligible Returns

We're unable to accept returns on:

• Opened or unsealed products
• Products stored outside recommended conditions after delivery
• Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery
• Opened bacteriostatic water
• Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
• Custom or bulk/wholesale orders
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

Email hello@magicofpeptides.com with your order reference code, the product(s) you'd like to return, the reason for the return, and photos showing the sealed, unopened product. We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. Please wait for approval before shipping anything back to us.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is the result of an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Refund Processing

Once we've received and inspected a returned item, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued via Interac e-Transfer within 3–5 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order reference code. Where we're at fault, we'll ship a replacement at no additional cost, and you generally won't need to return the original item.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, cancellation requests are handled under this returns policy.
