Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are held pending payment confirmation. Once your Interac e-Transfer has been received and matched to your order reference code, orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM ET ship the following business day.

Shipping Method

All orders ship within Canada via Canada Post, with full tracking provided by email once your package is dispatched. Typical transit time is 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on destination.

Shipping Rates

A flat shipping rate applies at checkout based on order weight and destination. Orders totaling $200 CAD or more (before tax) ship free, applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Canada Post tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can follow delivery progress directly on the Canada Post website or app.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned or requires reshipment due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee of $10.00 CAD applies.

Handling Lyophilized Products in Transit

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide products are generally stable at room temperature for short periods during transit. We recommend moving products to appropriate cold storage promptly upon arrival — see our FAQ for general storage guidance.

Delivery & Signature

Signature on delivery is not required by default. If you'd like to request signature confirmation, note it in your order or contact us before dispatch.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delays Outside Our Control

We aren't responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control, though we'll do what we can to help track down a delayed package.
