Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using this website or placing an order. By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or place an order. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Nature of Products

All products sold by MOP are research chemicals intended strictly for laboratory and in vitro research use. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food products, and are not approved or intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability until payment has been received and matched.

4. Payment

We accept payment exclusively via Interac e-Transfer, in Canadian dollars. Orders are held pending receipt of payment and are subject to automatic cancellation if payment is not received within the stated hold period (see our FAQ).

5. Shipping

Products ship within Canada only, via Canada Post. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Purchaser Responsibilities

By purchasing from MOP, you represent and warrant that you are acquiring products for legitimate research purposes, that you will not use, administer, or resell products for human or animal consumption, and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MOP or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOP's liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or our products is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. MOP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MOP harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our products or violation of these terms.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Website Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to this website and may suspend or modify it at any time without notice.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
